This past weekend, we welcomed families, friends, and maple syrup lovers to the Spring Tonic Maple Syrup Festival at the Tiffin Conservation Area—and what a weekend it was!

While Saturday’s weather had a few people second-guessing their plans, Sunday brought the sunshine and an incredible turnout. In fact, we broke our attendance record on Sunday—a true testament to how beloved this tradition has become!

From the sweet aroma of pancakes and sausage to the cheerful sounds of live music, the energy across the festival grounds was contagious. Visitors of all ages enjoyed tractor-wagon rides, dog agility shows, exotic animal encounters, crafts, face painting, outdoor skill demos, and of course, sampling and stocking up on Tiffin maple syrup.

This year’s event marked over 30 years of celebrating maple syrup season in partnership with the Rotary Club of Barrie and the Nottawasaga Valley Conservation Authority (NVCA). It’s more than just a fun weekend—it’s an important fundraiser supporting Rotary’s community initiatives and ongoing education and conservation efforts at the Tiffin Centre.

From our sponsors and volunteers to our vendors and guests—thank you for making Spring Tonic 2025 such a memorable event. We can’t wait to welcome you back next year for more sweet memories!

Until then, enjoy your syrup, share your photos, and keep the Tiffin spirit alive! 🍁
